REFLECTOR: Peel Ply Use

I agree with you 100%. Never on a primary bond do you only use peel ply. You must sand as well. If you must use it to feather a special lay up, always sand after removal. Peel ply is also good to remove rattle snakes.  Those are the small sharp ends that bite you when you least expect it.  I use it to even off fillers as well.   It keeps the bubbles or pin holes to a minimum and also less sanding to correct for unevenness. But never to use as a primary bond prep.
