REFLECTOR: Filler for wingtips

I think the explosion potential is much greater for the acetone,
expecially inside a
building because it is being vaporized which will produce a high
concentration in the
air.  Any spark could ingnite it.  Blue foam, per se, does not
vaporize and can not
produce an explosion hazard.
