REFLECTOR: Aileron Fences

[Ron N VelocityXLFG]

I am not comparing it to any thing specific I just would like more 
aileron authority .
The velocity does need more rudder control in the patten I understand I 
probable have 150
plus landings in my velocity  . I just was looking to see if there is 
any advantage to fences. Right now I am
not a fan of VG's just because i like the top of the wing with out a 
bunch of fins to catch on.
