REFLECTOR: First problem - Shipping!

Tony Partain sub-contracted transport of my XLRG kit out to another
company. When there was some damage to my kit during transit, he didn't
want to know and dropped me like a hot potato.  Would never answer any
emails. I told him point blank that I could and would *never* recommend him
to anyone.

That's just my experience, for what it's worth.
