REFLECTOR: OAT

Jo hn,

I see around a 3 C difference between indicated and actual OAT.  Is your 
difference similar?  I have to press a momentary toggle switch on my RMI 
encoder to see the actual OAT.  Pressing that switch also gives me TAS  
and true altitude.  Maybe you have a switch as well?
