REFLECTOR: VG

I have an XL FG.

I flew without vortilons until after the paint job, that was after the 40 hr test. I started flying at the factory, and they thought this was ok. I noticed improvement with control and responsiveness when I installed them. I have considered VG's, but not yet. i have installed  fences inside the ailerons and think these have have helped with the  sluggish roll response at low airspeeds,  wish I had made them longer. The big secret seems to be to lead with rudders, particularly at low air speeds.
