Richard,

Your pictures didn't come through my yahoo mail service. My thoughts of your 
problem don't sound like the oil lite bushings could cause what you are talking 
about. Your elevators are joined together by the elevator torque tubes. I would 
inspect at you center bushings and where the torque tubes bolt to each 
elevator. I think you are on the right path to remove you canard and look 
everything over. Review chapter 3 of the Velocity manual.
