REFLECTOR: CDI

I've looked through 91.205 but I haven't been able to determine if a CDI is
required for IFR operations.

Anybody want to weigh in? :-)

The operating limitations clearly state:

-After completion of phase 1 testing, unless appropriately equipped for
night and/or instrument flight in accordance with 91.205, this aircraft is
to be operated under VFR, day only.
