Actually thats not entirely true.

A private licensed pilot may work for a Corporate Flight Dept, as a
pilot and be paid for his or her pilot duties.   The Corp. dept must
operate as a Part 91 operation and carry only employees or directly
related to the business of the company.  The flying operations must be
secondary to the business, the employees must fly for free and not be
compensation for anything business related.
