RE: said picture from 30,000': Anyone who has sat in the front of an airplane looking out at thunderstorms knows that this picture was probably taken somewhere near the base of the clouds, ie: approx. 10,000'. At 30,000' you are normally looking down @ 80% of thunderstorms in the southwest with the other 20% somewhere higher. This pictures definately doesn't reflect a view of thunderstorms @ 30,000'. (sorry)
