REFLECTOR: Gap Seals, fences, zig-zag tape

As I understand it, they inhibit span wise flow. As the air flows more
and more towards the end of the wing, instead of across the wing lift
decreases. Vortilons and trailing edge fences inhibit this span wise flow.
