REFLECTOR: Overhead switch panel

I cut a long slot in the overhead and mounted the switches to a separate overlay of fiberglass covered with wood veneer.  2 clips on the back of the overlay hook over the slot, and then the hobbs meter slips into another, smaller slot, locking the overlay into place.  The only screws showing are the ones holding the hobbs in place.  Remove the hobbs, slide the ovelay 1/2" to the right, and the panel with the switches attached comes free for servicing.
