REFLECTOR: Wiki Update - Picture Page & Nose Wheel Tips

Folks, just a quick update on the content of the Wiki.  I've added a bunch of information in the Nose Wheel tips section (data on Sid's dampener system, Ken's nose lock, and Jim's wheel alignment tool).

Also note that I've gotten about 80% through the "Finished Aircraft Picture" section, which features a large selection of photographs of flying Velocitys.  Please feel free to add your own plane, or send picture to me to add.
