REFLECTOR: RG Switch

I flew today with the switch terminals bridged and the gear came up the instant
I flipped the switch, so the switch caused all the  problems.  The switch I have
from World Magnetics is not adjustable and is vibration resistant.  I want to
get something different that is adjustable, but hopefully won't need adjusting.
Any recommendations?  I recall Dave S. is using a water level switch from a
washing machine.
