REFLECTOR: Dual Throttle Quadrant Part 4

Hi Brent,

Thank you for that. I had kicked around the idea of servos but I thought 
I would eliminate some cables with this current plan. If it does not 
work out, I hope you do not mind be bugging you about how you set yours up.
