REFLECTOR: Peel Ply Use

I have never used nor will ever use peel ply to form a prepared surface for
bonding- we did some studies at Bell Helicopter in the early 90's that
confirmed this problem almost word for word with the FAA tech report- peel
ply is useful to form a flat FINISHED surface and also helpful to compress
the lay-up stack somewhat in lieu of vacuum bagging, but if you plan to bond
to the surface later, go over it with a 50 or 36 grit disk first.
