Hey I was surfing the Velocity website... Builders 
section,
and read the following.
I guess that since it's not a KPC that it didn't triger 
the flags that
have been set up.

Main landing gear attachment hardware – all models

Following the recent inspection of several Velocity 
aircraft, a builder has reported finding loose lock nut(s) 
on the main landing gear bolt(s).  The locknut serves to 
retain the main gear bolt in its proper position. 
 Velocity does not recommend a torque value for the lock 
nut.  The lock nut should be snug, but not tight. 
 Velocity recently changed the specifications of the lock 
nut from a nylock style nut to an all-metal locknut 
design.  Customers who wish the all-metal lock nut will be 
provided with replacement hardware at no charge.  For 
Velocity owners with operational aircraft, we request they 
make an inspection of the main gear bolt and nut, and 
please report if the Nylon lock nut has experienced damage 
due to heat, or if the nut has become loose.
