REFLECTOR: Fuel Leak Techniques?

Al, did you drill multiple holes in the outer skin as you moved toward the
source of your leak?

No; I removed outer skin and foam maybe ½” to ¾” wide, 1 – 2” at a time in
the direction the leak was going.  It makes a bigger repair job, but when
tracking a tiny channel/hole, I think it would be likely you’d miss it by
drilling holes; unless it is clear where it is going.  After repair, I
filled with micro-balloon and glassed over.
