REFLECTOR: Velocity 20B update

~400 hrs flying.   XL RG - Shaw wings and canard, factory incidence
gauges, mine flies 3/16th inch elevator trailing edge up at 175 kts
indicated.  Stalls at 68 kts no VGs.  Flew rt wing heavy corrected with
1/16th inch washers on each wing and 1/8" shim in left rudder to get to
fly level with level fuel feed.  FWIW.

AL,

I've been flying with Allen Shaw's wings and canard for nine years now.
Prior to installing VG's on the wing and canard, at 170 KIAS my 
elevator was roughly 1/2 inch up for level flight. After installing the
VG's,
there was no change in the amount of down elevator needed for level 
flight.
