REFLECTOR: Velocity 20B update

AL,

I've been flying with Allen Shaw's wings and canard for nine years now.
Prior to installing VG's on the wing and canard, at 170 KIAS my 
elevator was roughly 1/2 inch up for level flight. After installing the VG's,
there was no change in the amount of down elevator needed for level 
flight.
