REFLECTOR: Velocity Symposium Update, Important Information

We're almost there for the Symposium!  I think the Aussie is already in the
states or in route.  

 

Attendees:  

 

1.	Please note there is now updated information on the
www.velocitysymposium.com <http://www.velocitysymposium.com/>  web site.  

 

2.	For any still wanting to attend but not on the roster kept by Milt

more attendees can be accommodated and will let you know ASAP.  Do register
to be on <http://www.velocitysymposium.com/Register.htm>  the wait list.

 

3.	There is a new
<http://www.velocitysymposium.com/VBS%20Speakers%20Schedule.pdf>  schedule
for the weekend which shows speakers, topics and times.  As always, such
schedules are subject to change.

 

4.	There is also a revised plan for
<http://www.velocitysymposium.com/ladiesday.htm>  Ladies Day (can I come
girls?).  

 

5.	IF YOU ARE SPEAKER, PLEASE NOTE YOUR TIME AND SLOT!  Don't assume.
The schedule is pretty full, with adequate time for group discussions.  If
you have any conflicts let me know immediately.

 

6.	Keep an eye on the weather.  Allow extra time if you are flying in.

 

7.	We will publish arrival procedures, phone numbers, freqs, etc., in a
few days.

 

Again, don't despair if you see two topics you want at the same time.  We're
going to do our best to audio tape as many sessions as possible and make
them available on the web.
