REFLECTOR: Yoke elevator friction load

When I touch the trim switch, the elevators move immediately up or down.  
Trim is pretty sensitive. When flying or on the ground, touch the switch and get  
a response. 
 
The roll trim is a bit less sensitive, and when I touch the switch it seems  
to take a few seconds for the input to generate a roll. But it will if I just 
be  patient.
