To The Man In The Arena,

strong man stumbled or where the doer of deeds could have done them 
better.  The credit belong to the man who is actually in the arena; 
whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood;  who strives 
valiantly; who errs and comes short again and again; who knows the 
great enthusiasms, the great devotions, and spends himself in a

to all on the Reflector.....  you judge me so quickly by my words, 
yet you fail to judge me by my endeavors.  Some of you are cold and 
timid souls and some of you are "In The Arena".  I welcome you there.
