REFLECTOR: one last posting for your approval/rejection

Dear Reflector,
Herb Kelleher, President of SouthWest airlines one saw one of his 
agents being abused by a very irate passenger.  He went up to the 
passenger as he pulled out two $100 bills and handed it to the irate 
passenger.  He said to this passenger....."Sir, here is two hundred 
dollars.  The passenger is not always right....  take you business elsewhere."
