REFLECTOR: Retract speed increase

Here's one data point - but for a 200 HP.

I have a 173 Elite RG (big wing, std fuselage), fixed pitch 3 blade Catto - 
climb prop 66" dia/70" pitch.

Cruise at 2650 rpms and 8500 feet is 165 kts.

And there is at least one XL Fixed gear out there, Phil Vaughn in 
Greensboro.
