Scott,

True, however poor spray atomization is a major potential cause of orange
peel and may be the texture limitation for some of us using relatively cheap
guns.  T0005 is required during the Florida summer and I think you're
right -- it does help a lot in allowing the paint more time to level.  We
also have dust problems here, but not bad enough to go looking for a swamp
cooler!

Orange peel is not caused by a sputtering gun...

Did you get some T0005 reducer to slow down the flash off time?
