REFLECTOR: Franklin seal leak

[Wayne]

The spare threads available on the prop bolts is limited and the mass 
required is much greater (low moment). It looked like I was going to need a 
couple of longer bolts (more weight in itself) to hold the washers on a 
previous prop balance job. Then there is the hassle of the frequent torque 
checks until it settles down, that adds to the fun.
