REFLECTOR: Fuel vapor lock

 I do agree with the vapor lock concern. I plan on using 1/2" feed lines for
my Chevy V-6, and a return line to the sump tank.

 

The issue is mainly from the sump to the pump where you typically have about
0.5 psi driving pressure to the pump, even if the pump is at the bottom of
the sump tank.  Downstream from an EFI pump you typically have about 40 psi,
and you're pumping 0.5 to 1 gpm.
