REFLECTOR:IO360 to TSIO520

If you have the old 1/4 inch vent line system be careful. Back in the test
stand days on my Soob the return fuel spit out so many bubbles I had a1/3
of a tank of bubbles once. I oversized the vent up higher than  the level of
the wings  so the bubbles could break surface tension if they needed to and
escape(with the 1/4 inch vent they wouldn't). I also ran the fuel line 2/3
down the sump hoping to reassimilate the bubbles of lower vapor pressure
components.  Fortunately I found the Soob computer has a switch to run  the
fuel pump at lower RPM  until you rev past 3400 where more of the fuel will
be consumed  instead of blowing bubbles in the sump.
