Most homebuilt types do these days.  I'm subscribed to this one, the Cozy 
list, Canards (general), Canards (unmoderated), EZ's (through Mattronics) 
Dyke Delta, and Aero-Electrics.

They're incredibly simple to set up these days.  If you don't have someone 
that wants to host it, YahooGroups will do it with minimum effort.
