Hiroo,

 Don't sweat the 51% rule - nothing your talking about
is even close to jeopardizing that. Actually, I can't
think of anything you could do at this point that
would. You're on the right track by seeking referrals
of other homebuilders who are willing to take a look -
ideally other Velocity builders. If they don't come to
you, go to them and see their project/plane. This may
help you gain some perspective and hopefully get the
juices flowing again. 
 BTW - have you fired your engine up yet? If not, set
that goal! Seeing/hearing your machine run WILL get
you motivated. If you're not comfortable doing that
without advice, seek help w/ that goal in mind. You'll
need someone who can help out over a period of time
(half a day here, half a day there) as you prepare for
engine start-up. To reach your goal, keep in mind that
the installation only needs to be ground run safe -
not necessarily airworthy. Once you know it runs (and
it will), you'll be more motivated to "finalize" the
installation for flight.
 Of course, soon after that you'll want to go taxi,
next you'll want to fly it, then you'll want to paint
it, then you'll also want and interior...
