I checked with the manufacturer (EAR) some time ago. You can buy directly from 
them, but they had a $300 minimum order. At that time, that was enough to seat two 
Velocities. (And they're a _lot_ cheaper than the guys at the airshows.)

I believe they would cut sheets down from the standard 4'x8'.
