REFLECTOR:Updating Garmin GNC 250XL NavData

Does anyone know if there is a way to update a Garmin GNC 250XL NavData card 
with a download?  A new card is $175 for the Americas.  My card is from 1996 
so I need to update it one way or another.  Anybody have info or a web 
address?
