Brian,
    Velocity Views Vol. 21 page 3 provides the "V" airspeed markings.
Vs - 60kts. (will vary) red arc
Vfe -110 kts. (white arc from Vs to Vfe)
Vno- 170 kts. (green arc from Vs to Vno)
Vne - 200 kts. (yellow arc from Vno to Vne)
Vx - 80 kts. (best angle) not a marking.
Vy - 100 kts. (best rate) not a marking.
Vlo - 120 kts. (max lad. gear operating airspeed) not a marking.
