Shea XLRG: Plenum runner slip joint. The bump just aft of the joint is an aluminum stiffener glassed onto the runner to keep it from bulging under pressure. The short 'stub' section of plenum is screwed to the firewall. The duct flange coming off the runner feeds air to the secondary oil cooler.
