REFLECTOR: Frayed Rudder Cable

I'm replacing my rudder cables completely from the pedals to the rudders as 
part of my refurb project.

It appears as though the nicopress sleeves were mashed with a vice-grips 
rather than swaged. Our chapter has the proper tool for the job and AC 
43.13-1B has the proper technique/sequence to get it right.

This is an excellent publication and is free as a PDF download from the FAA 
site.
That takes all the guess-work out of it.
