[Velocity Aircraft Owners and Builders list]

Yes I have and they have offered a policy with no coverage on the plane 
or passengers.
  and it may be my only out at this point. I fly safe , stay away from 
populated areas
and  build time has been my criteria till some insurance is acquired.
