One other thing.

You'll need to make sure the acme threads that the spool runs on are 
clean and well lubricated.  Me and Mike Deeter both have experienced a 
failure of the prop to move to full fine or full coarse because of dirty 
threads.  This will throw off your calibrated current measurement.
