REFLECTOR: ATTN: Franklin Owners

I am sending a call out to this forum as well as the new one so some of you may see this twice.  My apologies in advance.

Our Sky-Tec starter on our Franklin installation has given up the ghost.  The original Franklin starter is available from the company but our information says not only it is much heavier, but it also is too long by about half an inch to fit on our installation.

Franklin part company has indicated that there is a Velocity owner who is located in California who has successfully installed a Honda starter that was supplied by PZL Franklin company in Poland.  If you know who that is, or you are the person, we would love to hear from you to get the part number for the Honda starter that is compatible.
