REFLECTOR: Recognize this Velocity?

I stand corrected.  I did meet Joe Stack at Lincoln, CA and he was 
building a XL.
Joe made headlines purposefully crashing his Piper Dakota into a federal 
building. http://murderpedia.org/male.S/s/stack-andrew-joseph.htm
So the Velocity aircraft in question could very well be the one he built.
