First of all, it’s an incident.

Second, it’s experimental and when was the last time you ever saw anything meaningful come out of a NTSB investigation of a Experimental Aircraft accident.


We had a guy who did wonderful work turn back to the airport during his first flight after only a couple of minutes and as he approached rolled almost inverted and powered it into the ground.


Probable Cause: Pilot failed to maintain flight attitude.
