REFLECTOR: RG Pressure Switch

I recognize those switches.  They are to older style.  You adjust both
screws together.  Think of it as two sided of that move together to keep
the sensor even

Attached is a picture of my switches.  The manual instructs to remove the
caps to adjust.  Are my caps already removed and the adjustment screws are
on top?  Or are those screws for the cap?
