REFLECTOR: Help on paperwork to sell a Velocity ...

I am selling my 173RG, and at this point I need to have the proper
documents I would need to protect me as the Builder/Mfger of this
airplane.  I have heard that I need to use the verbiage of "Where Is - As
Is" in the one of the documents. I would appreciate
input on this topic. Does anyone have copies of these documents needed?
