REFLECTOR: Velocity Insurance question

Yeah,

     350 hours tt, MEL, IFR, 100 hours hp/complex including twin 
turboprop.  really bad........ ;-)  They were incredulous, as I would 
be.  Sign of the times.  We will be run or ruined by the litigious 
inclination of our society.  Everybody would rather go to court instead 
of assuming responsibility for their actions and their results.
