REFLECTOR: Warning - forwarded message

I often see Spam messages that say there is something wrong with my
facebook account, bank account etc, often they are not specific as to the
account details and are often from a spoofed email address  recommending I
click the following link to resolve the issue, but I NEVER EVER click the
link.

I just access the account via the normal https://www.facebook.com etc and
validate things are OK  that way the secure connection validates the
certificate and the risk of man in the middle attacks or redirects to
spoofed sites is reduced.
