REFLECTOR: Liquid electrical tape

Hi Ron
First thing is to follow the AC 43.13 for proper wiring installation.  With
that said, if your concerned about corrosion on a terminal lug on
a component that is exposed to the environment I would suggest using RTV in
the lugs.  If you have a relay mounted in an area exposed to moisture you
need to move it or enclose it.  Most relays are hermetically sealed but are
not designed to be mounted in a wet area.  If you have wire splices use
environmental slices both inside and outside the airplane.  And last use
wire designed for exposure to the elements.
