REFLECTOR: First Flight N956M

Since leaving Velocity, Inc. I began Sierra Bravo Aircraft, a small 
business focused on builder assist, inspections, repairs, modifications, 
and resale broker services in support of  Velocity aircraft.
After 13-months of building, on Wednesday, April 24th - N956M - a 
Velocity XL-RG-5 made its successful first flight with John Abraham at 
the controls.  The outcome was a safe and stable flight lasting about 
40-minutes.
John flew a second flight that same day - pushing the speed up to 
205KIAS with no reported concerns regarding flutter.  Flight #2 lasted 
45-minutes.
CHT's were below 400* during all phases of flight.  Oil temps jumped to 
220* during slow flight.  Working now to install forced air to the #2 
oil cooler (mounted on the firewall).
Follow up flights are in progress - pushing into the Phase-1 flight test 
regime.

The aircraft is to be sold to Scott Kauffman in Topping, Virginia. Scott 
helped during many of the building phases.
