REFLECTOR: Mixture/throttle cable lengths

Guys,

I've decided to replace the lever assembly the previous builder had implemented for mixture/throttle and go with the standard vernier push/pulls.

Does anyone know the correct lengths for a standard velocity with an IO-360?  I'd like to put in a co-pilot throttle, too.  I'm assuming that you just run a separate, longer cable that meets up with the pilot throttle at the fuel controller linkage.  Do you use a non- locking type for the co-pilot?
