REFLECTOR: Electroair Ignition - Timing

Hi All,
Ok.. i know some elec ignitions spark on TDC on the compression stroke 
and exhaust stroke.
Those with the Electroair ignition - the instructions just say time to TDC.
Do you have to check which TDC stroke or does it fire on both ignition 
TDC strokes?

Basically - is just timing to TDC regardless of which stroke you are on 
or do you have to check the stroke like with a mag?
