REFLECTOR: O-540 Propeller

I have replaced the Franklin in my Elite (longwing) RG, with an O-540.
Expect about 250HP.

On the Franklin, I had an MT prop - great performance, but the blades 
were fragile.
Anyway the MT had a different bolt pattern for the Franklin so won't fit 
the 540.

So now I'm looking for a new prop:
Given the additional weight of the 540 over the Franklin, prop weight is 
important;
The 540 gives an extra ~30HP over the Franklin so maybe a fixed pitch prop?
I'd like something a bit more robust (and less expensive) than the MT.
2 blade Vs 3 blade?

Anyone flying with an O-540 ?

Catto? Prince? etc.....

Recommendations / suggestions / experience all welcome please.
